Molly Mandel is the director of the IR Academy Littles Program, which is designed to introduce the game of soccer and facilitate a love for the game while also incorporating agility, coordination, and foot skills. Molly played NCAA Division One soccer at the University of California Santa Barbara and holds a master’s degree in education. She is a real estate agent in the greater Sacramento area and is also one of the IR Academy staff coaches. To contact Molly, click here.

Our Program
The IR Academy Little's Program is an introductory soccer program running in the Fall and Spring seasons that is aimed at players and families interested in experiencing the joy and fun of soccer through high-quality training in a stress-free environment. Our highly experienced coaching staff will create player-centered training opportunities for your children to develop essential foundational soccer skills and a true passion for the sport.
Fees and Information
Spring 2025 Session:
- Age: Boys & Girls born in 2020 and 2021.
- Dates: February 17-April 28
- Training: 5:15 pm-6:00 pm, Monday or Wednesday.
Costs for the IR Academy Littles Academy:
- Registration fee: $125 (includes IR Academy training t-shirt and a size 3 ball).
